Principles Walkaround (from immersion workshop, London Dec 2018) 

Ecocycle Planning

​

(1) We kicked off the meet-up by overlapping the social time with a quick icebreaker - the Principles Walkaround.

​

Comments: 

It gives people a safe space

Accessible to all, applied to a wide range of situations

Walking around gave time to think and flexibility 

​

(2) We did a brief introduction of Liberating Structures and discussed the 10 Principles in our small groups. 

​

(3) We started doing Ecocyle Planning individually and then transitioned to a group per member request!

​

Comments:

​

Really good for prioritizing activities

Highlights things you may not have seen

I liked the 1-2-4-all personal reflection and then group discussions

Definitely, something you could use with a team, probably in a safe space

Team away day!
