Liberating Structures: Cardiff Meet-Up (March) WINFY
In search for good tools for conflict resolution, empathy building or just plain old dealing with conflict without becoming the "rescuer"? During the March LS session we unpack a powerful Structure — What I Need From You (WINFY) — to improve the ways people communicate needs and goals.

About the event
These meet-ups are learning experiences no previous understanding of Liberating Structures is required!

At each monthly meet-up, we will explore a new Liberating Structure led by a member of the group. The purpose will be to test the structure in real-time, ask questions, explore how we can best apply it, and ultimately learn in a safe space new ways to facilitate interactions in our lives and work.
In March we will explore WINFY (What I Need From You) which focuses on helping people to better communicate group/individual needs to get over blockers and achieve their shared goals.
March 19th Schedule:
- 17:30: the first 30 minutes are for socializing and getting to know each other. Feel free to bring food!
- 18:00 - 19:00 — WINFY
- 19:00 - 19:15 — Break
- 19:15 - 20:00 — Debrief and future applications
- 20:00 + Pub!
